The measuring systems are manufactured in accordance with industrial safety requirements and provide maximum safety during oil product loading and unloading operations.

To ensure loading safety, the following solutions were applied:

  • the grounding unit with determination of the electrical capacity of the tanker and monitoring the grounding circuit has the function of recognizing the tanker from a grounded metal structure;
  • the loading speed is limited during the initial and final loading periods in accordance with the rules of state regulations (to avoid the occurrence of static electricity);
  • the filling telescopic tip is equipped with a self-braking winch for lowering and lifting the telescopic pipe with the sensor;
  • a common ground bus to which both external and internal terminals are connected.

The complexes are equipped with sensors that ensure automatic stopping of filling:

  • upon reaching the specified dose;
  • when the level limit sensor is triggered;
  • in 20 sec. after the flow from the flow meter stops;
  • in case of grounding failure (the complex is equipped with a grounding device for tank trucks);
  • when manually turning off the pump;
  • when the loading process is turned off by the operator from the loading station;
  • when the filling process is turned off by the operator using the “STOP” button on the filling tip;
  • remotely from a remote control or computer located in the control room, in automatic mode or by an operator in an emergency in accordance with technological regulations;
  • when receiving a signal from gas sensors;
  • when the product presence sensor in the gas separator filter is triggered, which indicates the absence of product in the filter or a large amount of air in it.

The grounding device for tank trucks does not give permission to fill the product if it is not fully grounded.

ECO-FRIENDLY:

The tightness of the connection between the ASN and the tank truck is ensured by the use of tank truck compartment covers with unified filler neck dimensions and a sealing filler cap. The filling tip is connected to the filler neck of the tank cover by turning two levers and ensures absolute tightness compared to a cone seal, in which up to 50% of the displaced steam-air mixture is released into the atmosphere.

Loading risers are equipped with portable drip collectors.

It is ensured that PVA is removed from the loading zone when filling a tanker through a special hose “to the spark plug” or to a vapor recovery unit. Vapor removal hoses are equipped with a fire arrester and a non-return valve.

METROLOGY:

The measuring circuit of the loading installation fully complies with the recommendations of the international and metrological organization OIML.

Application of complex measuring circuit consisting of a pump, flow meter, shut-off valve and control controller allows you to achieve maximum accuracy when dispensing petroleum products into tank trucks with an accuracy of 0.15% by volume and 0.25% by mass (when ordering an ASN with a mass flow meter).

Adjusting the flow rate and maintaining a constant filling performance is carried out programmatically and allows you to adjust the flow rate for a specific process pipeline of the facility, taking into account the filling height in the tank and minimizing water hammer, which increases dosing accuracy.

Metrological functions of the equipment:

  • control of the dose of the dispensed product on the control controller at the loading station;
  • accounting for the dispensed dose in units of mass (when ordering an ASN with a mass flow meter), the actual volume and the volume reduced to a given temperature (software “Workstation of the Loading and Unloading Operator”);
  • setting the dose from the control room;
  • continuation of dispensing a given dose when the accident is eliminated with the permission of the operator from the remote control or computer;
  • displaying information about the total amount of fuel dispensed when the operator calls the remote control or when the corresponding command is given from the computer;
  • high dosing accuracy and protection against water hammer.

AUTOMATION:

  • limit level sensor in a tanker;
  • overflow control using a filling monitor;
  • "STOP" button for emergency stop of loading;
  • product presence sensor in the FGU;
  • FGU contamination sensor (with information output to software and display unit);
  • START/STOP button at the filling station;
  • emergency stop button;
  • flow meter (mass or volumetric);
  • temperature sensor (when installing a mass flow meter, the temperature sensor is built-in);
  • grounding device with determination of the electrical capacity of the tanker with the ability to distinguish the tank from the metal structure;
  • electrically controlled control shut-off valve with position signaling;
  • permission for loading (by the pourer from the control room);
  • electrically controlled air release valve for emptying the filling riser;
  • power cabinet with the ability to control ASN, a pump with controlled sensors, as well as control of additional service devices (gas sensors, fire alarm, access terminals, etc.);
  • information communication from the control unit located at the loading station to the operator interface RS-485 Modbus RTU protocol;
  • The Loading and Unloading Operator Workstation software can be integrated into SCADA systems;
  • display of loading process parameters for visual control by the driver or loading operator on the control controller at the loading station;
  • storage of information on the total amount of fuel supplied in the reading device and the inability to change it for 10 years when the power supply is turned off;
  • local control of the filling process.

SOFTWARE:

The installation is controlled using a software product installed on the loading operator’s work computer. "Workstation of loading and unloading operator", which can support up to 16 loading stations with fiscalization of events. The software product “Workstation of loading and unloading operator” provides, when connected to the Internet, remote diagnostics of the operation of loading equipment, and also supports control of equipment for dosing additives when receiving branded fuels.

The Loading and Unloading Operator Workstation software can be integrated into SCADA systems.

RELIABILITY:

Reliable, controlled product supply. Tightness of hinge joints. Corrosion protection and safety appearance achieved by using the following methods: hot zinc coating, shot blasting and two-component enamel coating.

TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS ASN:

To reduce commissioning, the installation consists of separate modules, which are joined together during the manufacturing process, tested on a real product and delivered to the Customer.

The measuring complex ASN-module Du100 has distributed control based on field controllers, responsible for the functions of safety, grounding and overflow, supply accuracy, combined into a common information network, to which any additional component can be connected at any time and, using the configurator, included in algorithm of the software product that ensures the operation of the installation.

The hermetically sealed cavities of the installation with the measured product are equipped with relief valves through which liquid is discharged as a result of temperature effects. Discharge is carried out in special containers.

The installation is equipped with a drainage system and a sealed pan, in case of repair or replacement of wearing parts, into which liquid from the internal cavities is drained to prevent it from entering the soil and the environment.

The pump units are equipped with compensators for connection to the supply pipeline to eliminate temperature effects during operation, as well as to eliminate mounting stresses when connecting to the pipeline.

Additional functions (optional upon delivery of gas sensors):

  • the gas sensor provides information output to the control controller with the formation of an alarm;
  • light and sound alarm "GAZ" at the ASN site warning - 10% NKPR and pre-emergency - 20% NKPR;
  • the signal from the gas contamination sensor is transmitted to the ASN power cabinet to make it possible to stop filling when the gas contamination is 20% LEL.

Developed and mass-produced Measuring complex ASN-module DN80/DN100 with a modular layout.

Included Measuring complexes ASN-module includes:

  • Folding riser DN100 with a shock absorber for balancing and easy movement of the riser on the loading platform, with an air release valve for emptying the riser.
  • Telescopic tip for closed filling with vapor removal with automatic lifting/lowering of the telescope and operating sensor Thermistor-type limit level sensor. Control of liquid level overflow in the tanker compartment during top loading.
  • Intelligent programmable shut-off valve with the ability to smoothly regulate flow.
  • Measuring module consisting of: filter - gas separator, temperature sensor with an error of ±0.50C, check valve, PPV 100-1.6 meter or mass flow meter, drainage pipeline, high pressure relief valve,
  • The pump unit consists of: pump KM 100-80-170E for above-ground tanks or KMS 100-80-180E for buried tanks (pumps with double mechanical seal), a tank for barrier fluid, a DN100 rotary valve at the suction, a DN100 compensator, a pressure and vacuum gauge.
  • Overhead ladder, entrance staircase.
  • Programmable field controller of explosion-proof design CBU. Supports the safety functions of the operator and the product measurement process, provides control over the status and sequence of operations of all sensors, including: overflow sensors, garage and working position of the tip, garage position of the ladder, grounding control. The automation system is delivered fully assembled and tested, the central control unit is installed on the frame of the ASN-module measuring complex.
  • Software "Workstation of loading and unloading operator". The operator's workstation made it possible to automate control from the control room ASN.
  • The following measuring systems have been developed and put into serial production: ASN - 6VNG sequential (combined) upper and lower dosed loading of light petroleum products into tank trucks.
  • ASN - 12VG NORD Du100 top dosed loading of viscous petroleum products with electrical heating of large components.

For the first time in Russia, ASN measuring complexes equipped with Cariolis-type mass flowmeters were developed and delivered to oil depots. Direct accounting of petroleum products by weight has been implemented.

A method for verifying ASN measuring systems by mass has been developed.

Continuous improvement of ASN has led to an increase in metrological accuracy through the creation of a complete measurement metering scheme. A certificate of type of measuring instruments complex ASN with an error of 0.15 in volume and 0.25 in mass was received.

Blocks of metal structures for railway oil products loading racks have been developed.

The modular design of the ASN made it possible to reduce the time required to commission equipment. Installation, commissioning and delivery of the facility takes up to 2 days.
