ATTENTION! The device works on natural and liquefied gases.
The manufacturer supplies devices with nozzles for natural gas. To work on liquefied gas, it is necessary to replace the nozzles for natural gas with nozzles for liquefied gas and reconfigure the gas flow regulator in the automation unit.

NOTE. LPG nozzles are supplied by the factory at the request of the buyer for a fee.

Water is used as a heat carrier in accordance with GOST R 51232-98 and SanPiN 2.1.4.1074-01 with a carbonate hardness of not more than 2 mg. equiv/l. It is allowed for devices AOGV-17.4-3 Comfort, AOGV-23.2-3 Comfort to use low-freezing liquid instead of water - household antifreeze Not Вlood, “Dixis”, “ Warm house - 65”.

These devices can be installed in a closed heating system with a membrane-type expansion tank. The pressure in CO in working condition (at the coolant temperature in CO from 60 to 80 °C) should be no more than 1.5 kgf/cm2.
A safety valve must be installed on the riser (outlet pipe), adjusted to operate at a pressure in the heating system of 1.8 ± 0.1 kgf / cm 2.
To control the pressure in CO, a pressure gauge with a measurement range of 0 to 4 kgf / cm 2 must be installed.

NOTE.

The automation unit provides automatic smooth regulation of gas flow in the range from 100% to 60% of the burner power, depending on the temperature of the coolant in the heat exchanger of the apparatus. When approaching the set temperature of the coolant, the burner switches to the "small flame" mode and when the set temperature of the coolant in the heat exchanger of the apparatus is reached, the main burner is completely turned off. When the set temperature of the heat carrier in the heat exchanger of the device decreases (no more than 15 ° C), the main burner automatically ignites smoothly.

The machine is maintained by the owner. Installation, initial start-up of the apparatus must be carried out only by the gas facilities, the service department of the manufacturer or specialized installation services that have a license (permit) for this type of work.

ATTENTION! It is forbidden to leave the working device unattended for a long time (more than a day).

  1. The appliance must be connected to a separate chimney.
  2. It is forbidden to use a ventilation duct and other ducts not intended for this as a chimney.
  3. It is forbidden to ignite it in case of emergency shutdown of the device without finding out and eliminating the cause of the shutdown.
  4. Forbidden in the device AKGV-17,4-3 Comfort and AKGV-23,2-3 Comfort use in CO as a coolant instead of water antifreeze.

ATTENTION! Work on installation, connection and commissioning of the device is carried out gas facilities, service or specialized installation services who have a license (permit) for this type of work, according to a project agreed with the operating organization (trust) of the gas facilities. The service specialist who starts the gas must instruct the user on the rules for using and caring for the device, making an entry in the control coupon (Appendix A) with mandatory confirmation by signature and seal. In the absence of these records, the control ticket will be invalid and warranty repairs are not performed.

ATTENTION! Preventive inspection and repair of the device is carried out by specialists of the gas industry, service department manufacturer, a service department that has a license (permit) for this type of work.

ATTENTION! It is the responsibility of the owner to supervise the operation of the apparatus and to keep the apparatus clean and in good repair.
